The project includes utility routing for chilled water lines and a steam tunnel from the Power Plant to the various buildings on the campus. This project includes storm water management, design for sewer adjustments and relocations, and tunnel drainage.

KSingh & Associates, Inc. was retained by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) to perform flood plain survey, bathymetric survey, and structure survey for the Fox River Watershed. This watershed covered multiple counties and required survey of its tributaries, its main reach, and all of the structures along its various reaches and tributaries.
The City of Greenfield proposed constructing improvements to its Law Enforcement Center site. The property houses a fire station, a police station, and the public works garage with a storage yard. A residential building was also located on a neighboring property where 52nd Street was proposed to be extended to West Layton Avenue for law enforcement vehicles.
