KSingh was retained to provide environmental, geotechnical, survey, and civil engineering services for this $17.5 million housing development in the Milwaukee Bucks Entertainment District in downtown Milwaukee. This project involved the redevelopment of a 0.6-acre vacant lot into a 6-story, 94-unit, mixed-use building.
This project was awarded the 2021 Mayor’s Design Award.
