KSingh was retained to provide civil, environmental, geotechnical, land surveying and construction inspection services for this 60-unit, 3-story multi-family redevelopment of a former industrial site in the City of Milwaukee. Site challenges included poor soil conditions consisting of peat and contamination including CVOCs, PAHs, and RCRA metals. KSingh’s team worked with WEDC and the developer to apply for a Brownfield Grant. The grant was successful, and the maximum amount was received which helped close the gaps in construction costs.
