KSingh was retained to provide site and storm water engineering services, geotechnical services, and environmental engineering services for a proposed commercial development in the City of Brookfield. This site was an active gas station, and KSingh had been involved on the site addressing a leaking underground storage tank. KSingh coordinated development of the property with environmental remediation activities consisting of excavation and disposal of over 2,800 tons of contaminated soils, closure of underground storage tanks, pumping and disposal of contaminated groundwater, construction of engineered barriers, and construction of a vapor mitigation system under the new development.

The site development plan was unique in the sense that numerous property owners were involved; site constraints required underground stormwater storage; site access required preparation of traffic control plan and WisDOT approval; plan and specification preparation required coordination with multiple disciplines; and building plans required significant environmental oversight.
