KSingh has been retained numerous times multiple times to provide site design, grading plans, and more for multiple county’s new highway facilities. For Jefferson County, this $15 million development included the design and construction of a new office park and fleet maintenance facility. As part of the project, KSingh performed land survey and geotechnical analysis which provided the design parameters for the site. The site design included a 14-acre paved lot, 4 buildings, an urban roadway which connected two adjacent county highways, a water distribution system, storm and sanitary networks, a wet retention pond, and several
bio-swales.
