KSingh was retained by Royal Capital Group to provide environmental, geotechnical, civil engineering and land surveying services for this $100 million redevelopment project. This development involves the transformation of the former department store and Coakley warehouse into a mixed-use development which will include space for the Medical College of Wisconsin’s ThriveOn Collaboration initiative, as well as apartments and retail facilities. This foundation / development is focused on providing equitable solutions in the areas of housing, early childhood education, health & wellness, social cohesion, and economic opportunity for under-represented communities.
