KSingh was retained by Milwaukee County to lead the construction management of a 1.1-mile corridor from S. 27th Street to W. Loomis Drive on Layton Avenue in Greenfield. The work under this contract consisted of concrete paving with additional bike lanes, concrete sidewalk on both sides, new concrete medians, utility replacement and restoration, upgraded traffic signals and streetlights, landscaping for businesses and homes on job site, and public involvement. The project consisted of multiple contaminated locations, from existing and abandoned gas stations, for which KSingh is providing soil sampling and environmental services.
