30th Street Corridor

MMSD retained KSingh as part of a team to design several large storm water basins in the 30th Street Industrial Corridor. KSingh was tasked with a combined environmental and geotechnical subsurface investigation. The project entailed Phase I, II, and III ESAs as well as Site Investigation Reports and Soil Management Plans to control the construction cost of the project. The basin areas included numerous soil and groundwater contaminants in addition to PCBs including RCRA metals, VOCs, SVOCs, PAHs, Chlorinated Solvents, and Pesticides. KSingh is now providing environmental engineering for Phase II of this project.
