KSingh was retained by Community Within the Corridor to provide environmental and geotechnical engineering services for this $67 million mixed-use development. Community Within the Corridor redeveloped a group of buildings formerly operated by Briggs & Stratton Corporation in the 30th Street Industrial Corridor District. The buildings range in one story to four stories totaling 380,000 square feet. This catalytic development includes 197 apartment units, and 60,000+ square feet of commercial space for businesses and nonprofit groups, as well as two recreational sites.
