KSingh was retained by a developer to provide civil engineering and land surveying services for this 2,400 square foot building on Greenfield Avenue in the City of West Allis. KSingh was able to incorporate extra drive-thru space while maintaining landscaping. Key challenges on this site were drainage as the site was confined on all sides and the design needed to utilize existing retaining walls.
KSingh was also retained to provide civil and geotechnical engineering services for a second Cousins Subs location in Wauwatosa, WI.
