KSingh led the structural design for this 2-story building renovation project on First Street in Milwaukee, WI. Built in 1899, this approximately 9,900 square foot building was redeveloped to become the headquarters of Duet Resource Group, a furniture and interior design company. This project also involved an addition to the existing building and an outdoor deck and skylight.
