KSingh was retained to design a multi-phased, $75 million development on the lakefront in Racine. KSingh’s role on the project was land surveying, civil engineering, environmental engineering, and geotechnical engineering. KSingh’s scope throughout the history of the site and through multiple projects included Phase I and II ESAs, NR 716 and 718 Investigations, Remedial Action Options Report, Remedial Action Plan, and Construction Documentation Reports for remediation activities.
