KSingh was retained to provide civil engineering services for this 34.45-acre HUD development on Pabst Farms in Oconomowoc, WI. This multi-family development project includes 302 market-rate apartments and townhomes along with a club house and additional amenities. As a part of this project, KSingh was also retained to design public roadway and public utilities.
