KSingh was retained to provide environmental engineering services for the 180,000 square-foot former manufacturing building in Sturtevant. The scope of work included a Phase II ESA, an NR 716 Site Investigation, Remedial Action Plans, documenting remediation activities, approving contractor invoices, financial reporting to WEDC, and Closure Reporting to WDNR. KSingh helped prepare an application for grant assistance from the WI Department of Commerce’s BEBR program. The Department awarded the project a $325,000 grant to assist in closing the site. The result is a property that is now a functional facility.
