KSingh was retained as part of a team by the Division of Facilities Development to provide survey, civil, geotechnical and structural engineering services for this utility relocation project at Mendota Mental Health Institute Juvenile Treatment Center. This project entailed designing the relocations of numerous utilities including signals, electrical, chilled water, steam, storm, sanitary, and water main to accommodate the expansion of the existing Juvenile Treatment Center building.
