KSingh was retained by MRMC to provide survey, civil engineering, storm water management, and geotechnical engineering services for this $150 million dollar utility distribution project. The project consisted of installation of large diameter HDPE chilled water mains as well as box conduit housing high pressure steam lines. These utilities are critical to the operations of some of the largest hospital and healthcare institutions in southeastern Milwaukee. Challenges included burial ground impacts, directional drilling, and utility clash detection analysis.
This project was the recipient of the International District Energy Association System of the Year Award in 2021.
