KSingh was retained by the City of Milwaukee as part of a team to perform a Phase 1 Hazardous Material Assessment for the extension of the Streetcar from the existing line to the Fiserv Forum. This extension includes 0.75 route miles, 1.17 track miles, 3 stops and one additional streetcar vehicle. KSingh also performed a Phase II ESA for this project.
