KSingh was retained as part of a team by the City of Janesville to provide site planning, area wide planning, development analysis, and environmental engineering services for the downtown plaza. As part of the project, several catalytic sites and projects were identified as economic development opportunities. Currently the project recommendations are being solicited to area developers. This study was funded by an EPA area-wide planning grant.
