KSingh was retained to conduct a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) to update the soil and groundwater data for a 0.43-acre asphalt-paved site in West Allis, WI with one building. KSingh then provided the civil design for the site which included a 3,386 square foot retail facility and parking lot.
