KSingh was retained by WisDOT to provide construction management services for two IDs in the City of Delavan in Walworth County. This project consisted of the milling and overlaying of 1 mile of urban area with a 3-month detour as well as widening a major intersection and adding signals. This intersection had to be constructed in 5 stages under a high volume of traffic.
