KSingh was retained to provide civil, structural engineering and land survey for the design of the 3rd Street entrance and plaza of the former Grand Avenue Mall in downtown Milwaukee. This adaptive reuse converted the former mall into a food hall, office space and apartments. KSingh provided design for the entrance as well as the surrounding sidewalks.
