KSingh was retained by Royal Capital Group to perform a series of environmental investigations on a 3.82-acre site on 20th Street in Milwaukee. This project involves the historic renovation and adaptive reuse of a former school alongside construction of a new 4-story residential building. In total, the project spans 140,880 square feet and 82 mixed-income residential units. Additional features of the project include an outdoor basketball court, a soft surface playground, sidewalks throughout, and updated landscaping.
KSingh led environmental, geotechnical, and plan and specification preparation services including select construction inspection for this project.
