KSingh was retained to provide civil engineering services including surveying for the development of Villard Commons near the intersection of 36th and Villard, in the City of Milwaukee. The project is a mixed-use development with 43 one, two, and three-bedroom units and 1,600 feet of ground floor commercial space. This 4-story, $7.4 million development is situated on a 0.5-acre parcel in a commercial corridor. KSingh also provided inspection and testing services during construction.
This project was awarded the 2021 Mayor’s Design Award.
