The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Racine retained KSingh to provide technical specification and plan creation services for the deconstruction, demolition, and abatement of 12 structures on the former Machinery Row Site in downtown Racine adjacent to the Root River. The project site was 27.1 acres in size and housed 12 structures. KSingh wrote the specification for the project. The abatement and deconstruction activities are complete and awaiting redevelopment.
