KSingh, as part of a team led by Vandewalle & Associates, was selected to perform an area wide planning study for the City of Racine. The study area covers the immediate vicinity of City Hall and includes several key sites that have been identified for development as part of a TIF District. Ajay Singh is leading this effort for KSingh. The study is underway and KSingh is excited to be part of this catalytic project!
